All positions based in Waynesboro or Crozet, Virginia unless noted. To apply, send your resume and a brief note to sales@allocor.tech.
Senior In-Process Quality Specialist
Own the quality gate for all production hardware as we scale toward AS9100 certification. Define IPC-A-610 inspection standards, lead root cause analysis, and build the quality infrastructure for a growing flight-hardware company.
Senior Procurement Specialist
Professionalize the supply chain that supports safety-critical avionics production. Own end-to-end sourcing, MRP/ERP reorder logic, supplier qualification, and negotiation for a company with significant growth momentum.
Director of People Ops
Build the HR infrastructure Allocortech needs to scale: leveling frameworks, pay bands, structured interview loops, and auditable training records for DO-178C-path personnel. Reports to CEO.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Lead mechanical design for avionics enclosures, thermal management systems, and structural mounts for flight hardware. Own technical data packages and support PDR/CDR design reviews on active programs.
Senior Electrical Engineer, Motor Controller Specialist
Lead integration of PAC55xx series motor controllers with custom inverter hardware. Debug silicon errata/firmware/analog interactions and define motor calibration procedures, addressing the primary technical bottleneck for our Motor Brigade product line.
Senior Electrical Engineer, 800V Inverter Program
Architect high-voltage power electronics for our 800V inverter program: topology selection, component derating, protection schemes, WCCA, and EMI/EMC design. Lead hardware-software integration and drive impedance-controlled PCB layouts.
Junior Electrical Engineer
Execute and document bench test procedures for 800V inverter hardware, triage production units, and assist BOM management. A direct path into flight hardware engineering with senior mentorship on active programs.
Staff Test Engineer
Architect the company-wide test strategy: from R&D HIL/SIL to production EOL testing and formal qualification. Move Allocortech from reactive, artisanal testing to a structured, scalable test infrastructure.
Mid-Senior Software Engineer: Avionics
Maintain and enhance avionics software on active programs including camera system firmware, Lidar/vision sensor integration on Nvidia Jetson platforms, and software-only fuel gauge systems for fielded aircraft.
Technical Program Manager
Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional engineering programs. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and quality. Serve as primary customer contact, manage P&Ls, and keep multiple concurrent programs on schedule.
Summer 2026 Engineering Internships
We're seeking undergrad and graduate talent in electrical, computer, mechanical, and software engineering. Interns at Allocortech make meaningful contributions to cutting-edge aerospace projects, not slide decks.
