Small team.
Serious hardware.

Allocortech is a small and agile technical company providing expertise and products for avionics, control systems, and embedded systems across the full spectrum of next-generation vehicles.

Founded to fill a gap

Founded in 2018, Brian Viele and Matt Walker envisioned a nimble avionics company that could provide services and products to UAS and UAM aircraft markets that demand commercial quality but cannot tolerate the lead times, lack of flexibility, and recurring costs of legacy commercial aerospace solutions.

Based in central Virginia, near the major aerospace corridors of Northern Virginia, Allocortech has quickly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality fault-tolerant solutions within demanding customer-driven deadlines.

Every product in our catalog was born from a real customer requirement. Our intellectual property library and in-house engineering knowledge base are our strongest assets, built from real hardware delivered to real programs under real schedule pressure.

What sets Allocortech apart

Quality of Solutions

Our engineering team has vast experience creating power electronics and uses only high-quality subcomponents with high MTBF values. Every design decision is made with the understanding that our hardware flies, and failures are not an option.

Quick Lead Times

Our team is small, but mighty, and can meet deadlines that large, bureaucratic organizations have trouble meeting. New or custom designs based on existing architectures can be completed in weeks rather than months. MOTS solutions typically deliver in 8–12 weeks.

Unmatched Support

Customers value our ability to provide support at a moment's notice. We are incredibly flexible when it comes to engineering changes and follow-on projects. When something needs to change, we treat it as a normal part of the program, not a contract modification.

What our customers say

"Using Allocortech's avionics hardware and accompanying software stack, we were able to get our prototype electric hydrofoil boat 'flying' in less time than I've ever seen a similarly complex project take flight."

"Allocortech has been an ideal partner in development of our advanced UAS platforms. They uniquely act as an extension to your existing engineering enterprise and ensure that their products meet your needs. The Allocortech team is both technically excellent and agile enough to provide bespoke solutions for fast-paced programs."
